What is Therapy

Regardless of our age, life can be incredibly overwhelming at times. Whether you're 2 or 92, there are going to be times that feel especially ineffable. We have helped many clients of all ages work through a variety of challenges. Whether it be life changes, anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, addiction recovery or any number of other situations, we are there to help you through.

We believe that therapy is incredibly personal and we don't take that lightly.  Our team works to create a treatment plan together with you, to ensure that your needs are thoroughly addressed.  Often in life, we can feel alone and that we are carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders. You are not alone, we are here to help. Whether you are a parent seeking play therapy for your child, or an adult seeking therapy for yourself, we are happy to work with all ages.
